Tuliis, of Newcastle, Utah, who made Homestead Entry (Serial 0177), No. 16279, on February 12, 1906, for SE-SEi, SE-SEi, Sec. 1, and NEJNEi. Sec. 12, T. 36 S.. R. 16 W.. S. L. M.. and Additional Homestead Entry, Serial 0537 (under Act April 28, 1904) on September 14, 1908, for WiSE, Sec. 1 and NWiNEi, Sea 12 T. 36" S., R. 16 W S. L. M., has filed notice of intention to make Fhml five-year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described,- before the Clerk of the District Dis-trict Court, at Parowan, Utab, on tho 30th day of April, 1913. Leigh whose post "office' address is Cedar City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah. 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1909 and 1911, to appropriate two (2) cubic-feet of water per second from Black Hill Washes Nos. 1 and 2, Iron county, Utah. Part of the water will be diverted from Black Hill Wash No. 1, at a point which bears south 47 degrees de-grees 23 minutes east 1,942 feet distant of the south quarter corner cor-ner of Section 33, Township 36 south, Range 11 west, Salt Lake bare and meridian. The balance of said water will be diverted from Black Hill Wash No. 2,. at a point which bears south 34 degrees 26 minutes east 1,292 feet distant of the above described des-cribed corner. The water diverted divert-ed from Balck Hill Wash No. 1, will be conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of 780 feet, land there discharged into Black Hill Wash No. 2. The commingled com-mingled water will be allowed to flow down said wash to a point I which bears south 13 degrees 2 minutes west 863 feet distant of I the described corner, where it I will be recovered and conveyed j by means of a ditch for a distance dis-tance of 3,658 feet, and there used from January 1 to December Dec-ember 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in Section 33, Township Town-ship 36 south, Range 11 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 4889. ! All protests against the grant-, grant-, ing of said application, stating ! tho reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate i and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
