Show I TENNIS TOURNAMENT Cedar Tennis Association June294ulyll Participant's Name: Phone: EVENTS Men's Singles Women's singles Mens Doubles Women's doubles Men's 35 over Women's novice singles Men's Novice Singles Girls 18 & under singles Boy's 18 & under singles Mixed doubles Boy's 18 & under doubles DOUBLE PARTNER Mens' Boys' Womens' Mixed RULES 1- No participant may enter more than three events. 2- Entry fees will be $3.00 for singles events and $2.50 each for doubles. 3- A new can of balls will be furnished by each player or team for each match. Winner(s) keeps the upopened can, loser(s) keeps used balls. 4- Players arriving more than 15 minutes late for scheduled time will be in default of the match, unless other agreements are made by players. 5- Normal warmup time is 10 minutes. 6- Matches are best of three sets. Sets tied at 6-6 will be decided by a 12 point tie-breaker. 7- USTA Tournament rules will govern. 8- Trophies will be awarded to first and second place winners. 9- The tournament draw, with times of first round matches, will be posted at the high school tennis courts by June 28, 1981. 10- No play on the 4th of July. 1 1- Entry blanks (with required fees, must be received by Saturday. 12- Additional entry blanks and fees can be picked up at: PaulCahoon MikeSearle 75 N.
