All credit union forms are being revised so they can be inserted into the new system. "Pappy" Webb leaves the base at 4 p.m. today, it will culminate 37 years of civilian and military service in the U.S. Air Force. In honor of the occasion, friends and workers in the F-- 4 Technical Services Division, Directorate of Materiel Management held an open house. "Pappy" began his career as a flying cadet in the U.S. Army Air Corps in Nov. 1939. He was commissioned a second lieutenant received his wings in and 1940.
