Larvin and Eva Pollock Pollocks Celebrate 50th Larvin and Eva Pollock will be honored by their children with an open house on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary, on Saturday, Sat-urday, August 8 from 5-9 p.m. at the Tropic LDS Ward Cultural Hall. The Pollocks were married Nov. 27, 1942 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Mr. Pollock served in the Navy during World War II. He has been a general contractor, rancher and retired re-tired from the National Park Service. Mrs. Pollock has been a home-maker, home-maker, dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Both have been active in the LDS church, serving in various capacities ca-pacities in both the local ward and Escalante LDS Stake. They are the parents of seven children: David and Kathryn Pollock, Pol-lock, Tropic; Jerry and Carol Pollock, Pol-lock, Tropic; Ron and Maureen Reed, Colorado; Bill and Stacey Pollock, Delta and Reynold and Juanita Price, Illinois. |
