Show - ' i r i f ' j : VI 1 : L Clifford and Wibna LeFevre 60th Wedding Anniversary For LeFevre's PANGUITCH - Clifford S. and Wilma LeFevre cele- brated their 60th wedding ' anniversary on Saturday, Oct. ' 11, with a family luncheon at the cabin of their son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Nancy LeFevre. They were married Oct. 8, 1943 in the St. George LDS Temple. He was born in Spry, Utah just north of Panguitch, to . Clifford and Dean Stewart '. LeFevre and reared in Panguitch. He and his family moved to Clearfield in 1966. An active member of the LDS Church all his life, he served in many positions including bishop and high counselor and is presently serving as patriarch in the Sunset Utah LDS Stake. He served in World War II, four terms in the state legisla- ture and has been active in state and local government and in service clubs. He served on the Board of Regents and many state boards throughout his life. He is a former principal of Panguitch High School and spent 35 years in public education, edu-cation, retiring as personnel director for Weber County Schools. She was born in Syracuse, Utah to Woodruff and Ellen Mitchell Steed. An active member of the LDS Church, ', she served in many music and ,' leadership positions. She ; graduated from Weber State University and worked for J.W. Brewer Tire Company and Kent Smith Construction Company before becoming a real estate agent, where she served in both local and national office. She owned a drapery business and also made drapes for Tribes Furniture Company. Her hobbies are music, sewing and her grandchildren. They have 27 grandchildren grandchil-dren and 10 great-grandchildren. Their hobbies are spending time with their family and traveling. Paid |
