This year's convention offers about 400 exhibits of lextboks, audiovisual audio-visual programs and teaching aids. It's the largest number of exhibits ever, according to Mrs. Condie. The UEA president said most Utah teachers are not contractually obligated to attend the UEA Convention. Con-vention. "They attend because they're professionals and they know it's an opportunity to acquire new ideas to learn about new research and to hear from authorities on many subjects," Mrs. Condie said.
