Proclamation. These are proposals only, and the final recommendations will be presented to the Regional Advisory Committees later in the fall. There will be a series of Fishing Informational RAC Meetings held during May to seek public input regarding these proposals, and to seek additional ideas from the public for consideration in the fall recommendations. Statewide allowance for anglers to use two poles to fish any public water of the state provided they purchase a second-pole permit in addition to a valid fishing or combination license. Removal of the "one walleye over 20 inches" regulation currently enacted at Utah Lake, Deer Creek, Willard Bay and Starvation. Allowance for collection of a onegallon vessel of Great Salt Lake water and brine shrimp daily. Shrimp may be transported live. A fishing license will be required. Conform and standardize provisions of the Collection, Importation, and Possession of Zoological Animals Proclamation and the 2007 Fishing Proclamation. Evaluate the concept of a family discount license package.
