A Bent Peterson at the Mantl Manti Temple Miss Dyreng daughter of Mr and Mrs R. R Morgan Dyreng wore her mothers mother's wedding dress of Ivory satin and en enhanced enhanced enhanced en- en with imported lace In in- in The long veil of her own design was fashioned from silk illusion and fell the length of the dress' dress train from a crown crown of lillies of the valley and lace petals Her bouquet was of lillies o 0 oa the he valley pink roses and gardenias The bridal couple was honored at a wedding dinner dinnel given by the brides bride's parents at the Manti Mantl South Ward following following follow follow- ing the marriage ceremony The bridal party relatives and close friends were entertained entertained enter enter- tamed by a short program after the meal A tribute to the bride was given by Margaret Anderson Anderson Anderson Ander Ander- son and a tribute to the groom by Harry Markowski Musical numbers were performed by Marilou Dyreng Karen Callister Callis- Callis ter Sandee Mathewson Mr and Mrs G. G William Wllliam Richards and by Mrs Lucille Christensen and her children Ann and Chris The newlyweds greeted guests at a reception at the home of the brides bride's parents that evening Bridal attendants were Marilou Dyreng maid of honor Mrs David Barclay matron of honor Mrs John Evans Ann Christensen Sandee Mathewson Karen Callister Marnae Buswell and Kellie Na- Na They were gowned In long pink formals made from voile and organdy and wore short veils of pink illusion and carried nosegays of daisies The mothers were dressed In long pink evening gowns and wore corsages of gardenias and pink roses Mr Harry Markowski served as best man while Bruce Olsen DelMar Williams Russ Booth and LaMar Dennis acted as ushers Grandparents Mrs W. W H. H Bailey and Mr and Mrs Ray P. P Dyreng also greeted guests The wedding party welcomed guests In the family living room banked by long pink tapers and white roses Refreshments were served from a buffet table In m the gar gar- dens Mrs D. D T. T Madsen and Margaret Anderson acted as hostesses at the table Dr and Mrs Glen Gagon Gagan and Mr and Mrs Paul Dyreng were hosts In the garden area Kathy Gagon Gagan Mrs Dan Madsen and Mrs Sylvia Williams were In charge of gifts Mrs Roy Hatch was hostess In the trousseau rooms and Mrs John Braithwaite and DeeAnn Jennings were at the guest book Guests were entertained by music furnished by friends and relatives of the bridal couple during the reception hours Mr and Mrs Mr and Mrs G. D and the late Mr of Idaho Falls Idaho Mrs N further feted the bridal party at an open house In Idaho Falls Monday July 22 The new Mrs is a graduate of Young Uni She taught at Kearns High School during the past year She attended Snow Coolege t rL one year where she was Homecoming Homecoming Homecoming Home Home- coming Queen and a song leader While attending BYU she was wasa a member of Angel Flight Sounds of Freedom Duchess for forthe forthe forthe the Intercollegiate Knights and an attendant to the 1966 homecoming homecoming homecoming home home- coming queen She was was' also Miss Utah National Guard and represented Utah at the National Cherry Blossom Festival In Washington Washing Washing- ton D. D C C. C In 1966 Margaret graduated with a major In drama and speech and participated In dramatics at BYU Mr Is a graduate of BYU with a major in chemistry and physics and Is presently working toward a masters de degree degree degree de- de gree In business at Harvard University He attended Ricks College and the University of Idaho before enrolling at BYU He served as vice president in charge of culture at the Provo school and was chosen preferred preferred preferred pre pre- man during the 1966 67 school year He also belonged to the Cougar Club Mr has completed a mission In France for the Church He is attending Harvard University on a scholastic scholarship and is a member of the rugby team The couple will honeymoon at Lake Tahoe and San Francisco before leaving to make their home in Boston Massachusetts where Mr will continue his studies and his bride will teach school Prenuptial parties were given by Mrs W.
