Rebecca also maintains a 4.0 GPA. Marie Harvey, the daughter of Sid and Linda Harvey of Ferron was selected as the Family and Consumer Science Sterling Scholar. Marie maintains a 3.9 GPA. Kaitlin Potter of Ferron, the daughter of Shauna Potter, was selected as the Social Science Sterling Scholar. Kaitlin maintains a 3.5 GPA. Brantz Woolsey, the son of Darren and Jeanette Woolsey, who maintains a 3.9 GPA, was selected as the Drama Sterling Scholar. Kameron Stilson, who maintains a 3.9 GPA, was selected as the Science Sterling Scholar. Kameron lives in Orangeville and is the son of Scott and Heather Stilson. Brett Mecham of Huntington is the son of Doug and Kathy Mecham. Brett maintains a 4.0 GPA. He was selected to be the Mathematics Sterling Scholar. Nicole Smith, the daughter of Janet Smith of Elmo, was selected as the Business Sterling Scholar. Nicole maintains a 3.8 GPA. Adriane Weihing, the daughter of Jackie and Tab Weihing of Huntington, was selected as the Foreign Language Sterling Scholar. Adriane maintains a 4.0 GPA. Gatlan Huntington will represent Emery High as the Visual Arts Sterling Scholar. Gatlan is the son of Wayne and Mary Huntington of Orangeville, he maintains a 3.8 GPA. Landon Fehlberg is the song of Carma and Reed Fehlberg of Huntington. Landon was selected as the music sterling scholar. He maintains a 4.0 GPA. Casey Wood, the son of James and Colleen Davis of Orangeville, maintains a 3.95 GPA. Casey was selected as the Technology Sterling Scholar. Emery High Class of 2009 Sterling Scholars announced The faculty and staff of Emery High School announced the sterling scholars for the class of 2009 on May 15. The candidates will compete next year to be the statewide sterling scholar in their category. He will speak in the May 25 meeting of the Orangeville First Ward at 11 a.m. He will enter the Missionary Training Center on July 2. Kesler is the son of Mark and Nanette Tanner of Orangeville. Elder Cole Rex Bunderson Cole Rex Bunderson has been called to serve in the Micronesia Guam Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He will speak in sacrament meeting in the Castle Dale Third Ward on May 25 at 12:30 pm. Cole is the son of Eric and Sharon Bunderson and the grandson of the late Rex and Betty Bunderson of Emery and T. Dee and Joyce Brown of Logan.
