Show WEDDING RECEPTION HELD FOR THE FRED TEWS A wedding reception honoring ho-noring Mr. and Mrs. Fred Tew was held at the Tabiona Ward chapel, May 14. They were married May 6 in the Salt Lake Temple. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Wad-ley Wad-ley of Tabiona, and the bridegroom bride-groom is the son of Mr. and " Mrs. William Wadley of Tabiona. Ta-biona. 7 fiJihe br,ide was Messed in a floor length wedding gown of white crystaline, featuring long pointed sleeves, flowing oyersldrt and floor length train of nylon and lace. Her fingertip finger-tip veil was caught to a crown of white roses and pearl leaves. ine carried a bouquet of white roses and carnations with silver leaves and blue ribbon streamers, Miss Dawna Wadley, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Kathrun Holt, Miss Susanna Lewis Miss Lynette Tew and Miss Wilda Wadley. They were dressed in blue, street length dresses and carried bouquets of white carnations, carna-tions, silver leaves and blue ribbon streamers. The bride's mother and bridegroom's mother both were dressed, in blue. They wore corsages of white roses and carnations with blue ribbons and silver leaves. The four layer wedding cake was decorated with blue roses and silver leaves, and was topped top-ped with a minature bride and groom in a flower archway. John Tew, brother of the bridegroom, performed the duties of best man. The misses Teresa Ellertson, Julynn and Marilee Morin served at the table. Mrs. John Tew an( Mrs. Kaye Wadley were in charge of the gifts and Mrs. Myii Chugg presided at the guest book. Bishop Neill Jensen of Duchesne Du-chesne was master of ceremonies for the program which included two songs by Wilda Wadley, Teresa Ellertson, Marilee: and Julynn Morin; a reading by Mrs. Joe Kemp; two songs by Afton Giles and Reid Turnbow; a song by Lynette Tew and Jean Burton; piano solo Myrl Van Tassell; dancing by Walter Martin's orchestra. or-chestra. The couple are making their home in Talmage for the present. |
