Jerry joined the Air National Guard last August and is in for six months.. He is employed at Midas Mufflers shop at Salt Lake City, and reports re-ports to the Salt Lake airbase twice a month. Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Webb are the proud parents of an adopted baby boy. The couple went to California last week to get the new baby. Bobby and Anna have been married to about seven years. This is their first child. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Lewis and Mr. and Mrs. George A Giles. The Lewis1 and Giles family went to Salt LaKe City last week to see the new baby. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew 7 Defa have a new grandson, born May 19 to Mr. and Mrs. Dave Colvin of Salt Lake. The baby weighed 7 lbs., 2oz. It has a sister Robin and an adopted adopt-ed sister who is around 10 months old. Mrs. Sarah Chatwin and Wallace enjoyed a few days visiting in Salt Lake last week with Mr. and M. Ronald Lublin and family, Mrs. Minnie Hamilton is staying at Mr. and Mrs. Sylvan Lewis's at Moab for a few weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Joe DeStefano and family of Heber enjoyed visiting friends Saturday at Ta-biona. Ta-biona. A M, L A. play was presented pre-sented Monday night at Tabiona from the Duchesne Ward "Five on a Honeymoon. The cast was Julie Marett, Maureen Moon, Marigold Taylor, Kent Peatross, Dan Workman, Clinton Clint-on Moon, Lee Moon, Charlotte Timothy, and Melanie Meriwether. Meri-wether. Tabiona enjoyed the fine performance. Mrs. Nora LeFevre and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Carlile attended funeral services Saturday Sat-urday for Mrs. Earl (Leah) Willis at Salt Lake City. Mrs. Willis was the only surviving sister of Mrs. LeFevr a Willi i. j i . Lr eves. Mrs. Willis lived in Tabiona around 35 years ago and was active in the ward and served as Prim President. Her husband was employed at the Hanna Ranger . 0je,fro Tabiona who attended the special Priesthood sessions at the Salt Lake Temple Saturday were: Ralph Smith, Joseph Rhoades, Earl Van Ta's- -sell, Darreld Casper, Ralph Erickson, Thomas Fabrizio, Pete Ivie, Frank Clark, Ted Nye Bill Wadley, Art Fabrizio and Ralph Giles. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Smith and Lugene were in Salt Lake Saturday shopping. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Lee of Orem and Mr. and Mrs. Allen Gines and Family of Salt Lake were visiting a few days last week at Mr. and Mrs. Bernell Khoades. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Carlile Car-lile went to Provo Monday to get their daughter, Faun, who is out of school at the BYU. |
