Topics to be discussed include: powers of attorneys, guardianships, alternatives to guardianships, property transfers, estate planning for Medicaid eligibility, probate, conservatorships, and marriages in later life. If you have questions or concerns in any of these areas, please plan to attend. Transportation will be provided for those who need a ride. One of the advantages of the new system is the elimination of stagnation and antifreeze loss in hot weather. - One of the new units, which Ringer helped design and construct, is now being used on the reptile house' at the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City. .He says a system using the new design could supply the hot water needs of a family of IQ or 12 for much of the year. A system is used for smaller-siz- e families. During the November 6 class, Ringer will explain the system and how much it costs. The current Utah energy tax credit allows a 25 percent rebate on tax paid. For those interested in building their own solar water heating systems, he will schedule a Friday evening and Saturday workshop.
