Show BPW to hear woman mayor The Bountiful Business and Professional Pro-fessional Women's Club will hear presentation of the 1986-87 National Nation-al and State BPW Legislative Platforms Plat-forms by Utah Legislative Chair Sue Marie Young. Mrs. Young is presently Mayor of Richfield (1982-86). She is the first woman in history to be elected to public office in that city. She was appointed to the Utah State Board 1974-78, president of Sevier School District Board of Education. Currently, Mrs. Young is on Utah State Safe Drinking Water Committee, Board of Directors of Utah Local Governments Trust, National Council Advisory Committee Com-mittee for Small Cities, National League of Cities, Committee member mem-ber on the Camilla Eyring Kimball Educational Chair, Brigham Young University; State Council for Job Training Partnership Act; Utah Council of Mayors and State Delegate for Republican Party. Mrs. Young is a very active and involved member of Utah Federation Federa-tion of Business and Professional Women and is chair for the Legislative Legisla-tive Committee (1986-87).
