Show Harry Holbrook Dies In Logan Li 1 Harrv F. Holbrook, 73, 281 W. 6th So., died Aug. 27, 1981 at the Logan Regional Hospital. Hos-pital. HE WAS born Jan. 9, 1908 in Bountiful, a son of Alfred and Olive Freeman Holbrook. He married Thelma Hadley March 6, 1929, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He had farmed in Ontario, Ore . . worked for Ore-Ida Potato Pota-to Co. as a purchasing agent. Upon retirement he worked as custodian at Walker Bank and Trust in Logan. HE WAS a member of the Logan 32nd Ward, and served in that ward as a home teacher in the high priest group. Surviving are his wife, Logan: a son and a daughter; James Darrell Holbrook, Bountiful: Mrs. Richard (Carolyn Thelma) Rundle, Salt Lake City; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother Owen Holbrook; sister sis-ter Mrs. Homer (Venna) Bangerter; both of Bountiful. FUNERAL services were held Monday. Aug. 31 in the Russon Brothers Mortuary in Bountiful. Family prayer was given by Mike Holbrook, prelude and postlude music was played by Nora Hogan: vocal solo bv HARRY HOLBROOK Cathy Baker, accompanied by-Nora by-Nora Hogan. INVOCATION was by Doug Holbrook: obituary and tribute tri-bute by Maurice Arbuckle; speakers were Calvin Page and Lyman Wettstein. An organ solo by Nora Hogan. Benediction was given by Orval Hayes, with dedication of the grave by D. Warnock. Burial was in the Bountiful Memorial Park. |
