The citizens cite concerns and questions regarding the level and quality of prosecution in Grand County over the past four years. PAGE & san The purpose of BICAP Is to provide accurate information to the voters enabling them to take a fair look at the work of the County Attorney and & her office, and make an informed decision. reminds Grand County voters that on election day, Nov. 6, 990, we will have the opportunity to vote on our present county attorney.
