Show DOCTOR SWANSON We are gladthat Dr. Swanson, who has been doing effective work at Camp Kearny, has returned to resume re-sume his practice. The doctor left here last fall, and it was thought he might be assigned to service in Russia; but later developments de-velopments were such as to keep him this side of the water. As an officer, the doctor wears his uniform with credit and dignity, and the governrentwas reluctant to have him leave a field where his knowledge know-ledge and experience were of such great value. Now, that he has settled with us again, we may expect him to aid materially in the reduction of those cases which may be directly charged to Spanish influenza. In any event, as a tribute to a skilful physician, a friend, and a gentleman, deed delighted to welcome Dr. Swan-koii Swan-koii to a community which sincerely regretted his departure. |
