Mr. and Mrs. Arron Smith are rejoicing re-joicing over the arrival of a little daughter at their home January 2nd. Mother and baby are doing nicely. J. H. Sloan left Tuesday for Salt Lake City to spend New Year's with her mother. Grant Snyder came down from Salt Lake to look over his Quad Metal mine. Mrs.. Jennie Hailey of Tale, came came up to secure the services of Dr. Adkin Jim Hickman came from Manltl, Utah, lust week, to spend the holidays holi-days with his parents. D. D. Title and wife of Richfield 'were In Milford several days tlii:: week. Chas . Ross, a prominent business man of Cedar City, is spanding a great deal of time in Milford. Frank E. Robinson left for Los Angeles, An-geles, California, on a business trip, he will be gone for two or three Weeks. Hol-landland Hol-landland of Lynndyl, spent Tuesday and Wednesday in our city. George Atkin will arrive in New 'York on Monday. He will then go to Logan to be demobolized and then, return re-turn to his home in Milford. Mr C. D Pnnnintnn of the Delta Land and Water Co., has gene to Salt Lake on business. He expects to be gone several days. There 1b quite a lot of things stored at the Red Cross rooms that were loaned for use at the hospital, with no name on, so that they could not be identified. Anyone that has failed to feet their things back, can have them 'by going to the Red Cross rooms aiv identifying them. Don't forget to renew your subscription subscrip-tion to the Red Cross for 1919. Secretary Secre-tary Jorgecsen will receive subscriptions subscrip-tions at hlB office and the secretary of the Red Cross will do the same at their headquarters. Mrs. Fred Jefferson delightfully entertained en-tertained at her home New Year's day with a family dinner. Bobby was playing play-ing about the house with his Christmas Christ-mas toys,- when he tripped on his little lit-tle cart, falling with such force as to break his arm at the elbow joint. Dr. Hunter was called to set the arm soon had the little fellow resting comfortably. Bobby Is a brave little fellow and is getting along nicely. |
