Show ! - MURDOCK ACADEMY The Homeland Quartet, the third number on our Lyceum course, entertained en-tertained us last Friday evening with an interesting program, which consisted con-sisted of singing and story telling. . At the Murdock Academy gymnasium gymnas-ium on December 8th our basket ball team made its initial appearance in a game with Parowan. Although Parowan "put it over" us with a score of 17 to 21 in thei favor, we are going to show them how to do, it next time. All league games of basket ball this season will be played in the Beaver Opera House, and so our boys are practicing there this week. Watch for something that is coming. com-ing. Boys, you are wanted! If you want to hear something worth while, wend your way to the Murdock auditorium next Thursday evening, Dec. 14. A beautiful Christmas Christ-mas program of chorus singing, solos and piano duets will be rendered. All will be accompanied by a full orchestra. or-chestra.
