Show MILFORD STATION'S BIG VOLUME BUSINESS The average number cars of ore handled through Milford station is seventy cars per month. This ore originates at Milford and vicinity. Freight billing rate per car is $175. The amount of U. S. mail handled by the station force runs into thousands thou-sands of tons per year. All this mail is handled between the Milford station sta-tion and the local post office. Freight shipments in and out of Milford are extremely heavy, run ning into thousands of tons per year as Milford is a distributing point for such towns as Parowan, Beaver and Minersville. During the year 19 IS there will be many decided improvements in station sta-tion buildings. The expense will reach into many thousands of dollars. dol-lars. D. E. Hurley, our station agent, is a man of long experience in the game of railroading. He is a typical western man and can see the needs of the patrons of the Salt Lake Route at a glance. Mr. Hurley has a very strong office force, both in freight as well as the telegraph departments' men of long experience who know what to do at just the right moment. The ticket department is fully equipped to sell you a ticket to any point in the United States and foreign for-eign countries. It will be a great pleasure on the part of the ticket or passenger department to arrange your routings for you.
