Show PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITVTION. JIOVSE JOINT RES-OLITION RES-OLITION Nl'MBEIt SIX. A Joint Resolution providing: an amend ment to Section 17. Article 7. of the Constitution of the Slate of Utah, relating: to the dutie3 of the Auditor and of the Treasurer. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Utah: Two-thirds of all the members elected elect-ed to each ot the two Houses concurring concur-ring therein: Section 1. That it is proposed to amend Section 17, Article 7, of the Constitution Con-stitution of the State of Utah, so thai the same will read as follows: 1". Tiie Auditor shall be Auditor of public accounts. The public moneys shall be deposited by the Treasurer, under the supervision ot the Board of Examiners, and as provided by law. Sec. 2. The Secretary of State is hereby directed to submit this proposed propos-ed amendment to the electors of the Slate at the next general election in the manner provided by law. Sec. 3.
