Show FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR FORMER DOCTOR, DR. CHARLES R. PARRISH Graveside services were held Saturday, September 21, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, Salt Lake City, for Dr. Charles R. Parrish, 80, of Hollywood, Calif., who died Sept. 17 in a Los Angeles hospital of a blood ailment. He was born Dec. 5, 1893 in Centerville, Utah to Charles Augustus and Mary Alice Whittaker Parrish. He married Edna Kohler, later divorced. He was a veteran of WW n. Dr. Parrish practiced in Mllford and aided In the construction con-struction of the hospital on Center Street. He moved to Los Angeles In the 1930s. , Survivors Include: daugh- ' ter, son; Mrs. James L.
