Show OBITUARY FUNERAL SERVICES CONDUCTED FOR BILLIE JAYE BANKS . Funeral services .were i conducted for Billie Jaye Banks on September 13 in the . LDS 2nd Ward Chapel, under the direction of Bishop La - ; Mar Lund. Billie was born September 3, 1928 in Milford, where he ; attended school ; through :-. graduation. In 1946 he enlisted en-listed in the U.S. Navy and v after his tour of duty was employed by theUPRR.Then he worked in the Civil Service Ser-vice at Hillfield and Clearfield, Clear-field, Utah, at Phoenix, Ari-zona, Ari-zona, and at Port Hueneme in California, where he was employed at the time of his death) in a car accident, in Ventura County, Calif, on September 8. He is survived by his son Douglas Jaye of Ogden, his widow Von O. and children, Kenneth David and Teresa Maria of Newbury Park, Calif and brother Garthe of Milford.
