Show ROLLINS INFANT DIES IN CRIB Ryan Dale Rollins, 3-month old son of Mr. and Mrs. Basil McKay Rollins, was found dead in his bassinette on the morning of Friday, Jan. 2. Cause of death was mucous strangulation. At 7 a. m. Mrs. Rollins was preparing to leave for work at the Hong Kong Cafe, and. when she picked the baby up she realized he was dead. The infant had been dead for several sev-eral hours. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Saturday in the Milford LDS Chapel, under direction of Robert Tomsik. The prayer pray-er at the home preceding the services was offered by James Neil. Prelude and postlude music were played by Mrs. Vera Bond. Invocation, Howard Pryor. Vocal trio, "Sweet and Low," Josephine Killam, Bonnie East-on East-on and Jerrie Kirk, accompanied accompa-nied toy Mrs. Beth Edwards. Speaker, Bishop Edgar C. Edwards. Remarks, Mr. Tomsik. The grave in Milford City Cemetery was dedicated by Dr. Bill Miller. Pallbearers were Melvin Bradshaw, Dick, Calvin and Bob Rollins, and Chris Yardley. Flower girls were the infant's in-fant's baby tender, Debbie Rose, and relatives. Ryan Dale Rollins was born Sept. 14, 1968, to Basil McKay and Duane Neil Rollins. Surviving are his parents; a sister and brother, Jodi Ann and "Darin McKay, all of Milford; Mil-ford; grandparents Mr. and Mrs. James Neil, Sandy, and Mr. and Mrs. Basil Rollins, Spanish Fork, and great-grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Dan Rollins, Rol-lins, Milford. |
