Show Isabel Fernley Dies ' In Caliente; Services Held Last Friday Mrs. Isabel (Belled Boyter V Fernley, 75, died in the Lincoln Lin-coln County Hospital, Caliente, ij Nev., Monday evening, May i 1st, following a long llness. , Funeral services were held i, in Caliente, and additional graveside services in Beaver, Friday, May 5th. Burial was - beside her husband in Moun- j tain View Cemetery. ,. Mrs. Fernley was born June ' j 4, 1885, in Beaver, to James and Jean Boyter. She attended attend-ed schools and spent her early life in Beaver. June 2, 1904, i she married William E. Fernley. Fern-ley. The marriage was sol- emnized in the Salt Lake Tern- , pie in 1918. ' . In 1912 the family moved to ; I Milford where Mr. Fernley was , ! employed by the Union Pa- i cific. t Mrs. Fernley was active in j j social and church circles, and j in 1914 she joined Ruth Chap- r ter, Order of Eastern Star, at Milford. She was a past wor- ; thy matron of that lodge. ; j In 1912 the family moved to 1 Caliente. She demitted to ( Mary Chapter, O.E.S., and was also a past worthy matron of i that chapter. ( Mr. Fernley died three years fi ago. Surviving are four children, , Mrs. Maurice (Winnie) Johnson John-son and Warren Fernley, Milford; Mil-ford; Keith and James B. Fern- ; r ley, Caliente; also a grandson, John Fernley, whom the couple took ' in infancy and raised. |
