To be sold at Sheriff's Sale, on Friday, the 19th day of October, A. D. 1917, at the front door of the County Court House in Beaver City, Beaver County, Utah, at the hour of twelve o'clock noon of said day, the following described parcel and piece of land and the water right belonging belong-ing thereto situated in the County of. Beaver, in the State of Utah, to-wit: to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner cor-ner of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (NE . NE Yi ) Section 33, Township 28 South of Range 10 West of Salt Lake Meridian; thence South 569.4 ft.; thence East 527.1 ft.; thence North 26 deg. 53 min. West 637.1 ft.; thence North 89 deg. 43 min.
