Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Beaver County throughout the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11642 (71-1607) Hay-ward Hay-ward Marshall, Minersville, UT proposes to change the point of diversion of 939.7 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 18481. The water has been diverted from a 14-inch well, 201 ft. deep, at a point N. 25 ft. W. 340 ft. from S 14 Cor. Sec. 17, T29S, R10W; and used for the supplemental domestic domes-tic purposes of 3 families, supplemental stockwatering of 350 cattle; and from Mar. 1 5 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation irriga-tion of 231.93 acs. in W 12 Sec. 8; W12.W12 SE 14 Sec. 17, T29S, R10W. Hereafter, 939.7 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two wells as follows: 1) same as heretofore; 2) a 14-inch well, 350-600 ft. deep, at a point S. 1270 ft. E. 2640 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 17, T29S, R10W (N. of Minersville); and used same as heretofore. a-11643 (71-2055) U.S.A., Bureau of Land Management, P.O. Box 724, Cedar City, UT proposes to change the place of use of 36.4 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Water Users Claim 71-2055. The water has been diverted from Coyote Spring, at a point S. 590 ft. W. 75 ft. from N 14 Cor. Sec. 6, T27S, R12W (NW of Milford); and used from October 15 to May 15 for the supplemental stockwatering of 6500 sheep in NE 14 NW 14 Sec. 6, T27S, R12W. Hereafter, 36.4 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from same as heretofore; and used same as heretofore in SW 14 SW 14 Sec. 26, T26S, R12W; NE 14 NW 14 Sec. 18; T27S, R11W; NW 14 NE 14 Sec. 27; NW 14 SW 14 Sec. 19; NE 14 NE 14 Sec. 8; NE 14 NW 14 Sec. 6, T27S, R12W. |
