Bo It Ordained by tho City Council of American Fork City, Utah County, State of Utah: Section 1, -That American Fork City, in Utah County State of Utah, incur an indebtedness of $23,000.00 for tho purpose of supplying said City with water, and issue its bonds therefor; said indebtedness having been heretofore hereto-fore authorized by a majority vote of the qualified electors of Said City at a special election called for that purpose, and held In said City on November 10, 1906. Section 2, That the works for supplying sup-plying such water shall be owned and controlled by said City. Section 3, -That said $23,000,00 of bonds shall bo designated "Water Bonds." Section 4, -That said Water Bonds shall bo twenty three In number, numbered num-bered consecutively from 1 to 23 both inclusivo of tho denomination of 11,000 each, dated February 1st 1907 and due Fobrunry 1st 1S27, with the privilege of pre-pnyment on or after February 1st 1917, and shall " bear interest at tho rnte of fivo per centum per annum payable semi-annually, the semiannual semi-annual installments of interest to be evidenced by interest coupons attached to said bonds. Section C, That all said bonds and coupons shall bo payablo in gold coin of the United States of America, of or equal to tho present standard or weight and fineness, at tho Deserct National Bank in Salt Lako City, State of Utah. Section 0, That each of said bonds' shallbc signed by tho Mayor of American Fork City, countersigned by tho City Recorder, nnd bear the seal of American Ameri-can Fork City, and tho City Recorder; shall endorse upon each of Bald bonds a certificate that the said bond is within the lawful debt limits of said City, an is issued according to law, and shall sign such certificate in his official character.
