Show v , THERE is no getting away from the fact that Cedar City is regarded generally as something more than the ordinary country town of like population. No matter where one goes in the Western country, people seem to know of Cedar City, its resources and attractions. The statement that one is from Cedar City usually elicits some remary on the importance of the town or its unique prospects. Our central location, lo-cation, wealth of natural resources and progressive spirit have been widely circulated, and nearly every one you meet knows something of Cedar City. The last to bear testimony to this fact is Supervisor W. M. Mace of the local forest office, who has just returned from Ogden and Salt Like. Mr. Mace states that the interest in Cedar City was very noticable and wide-ipread wide-ipread and that at least two northern business men wen- seriously considering transferring then opera tions to this place. |
