Show GRAND LODGE IS INCORPORATED. Salt Lake, Jan. 18. At the fortieth annual session of the Utah grand lodge of Masons, held In the Masonic temple yesterday, the most Important business transacted was the incorporation incorpo-ration of the grand lodge. The reports re-ports read by the lodge Officers showed a material growth, with a new lodge organized at Price, Carbon county. Tho first part of the ovening session ses-sion was given over to the -discussion of the reports read In the afternoon, following which the' entered apprentice appren-tice degree was conferred by the grand lecturer, George H. TJorn, assisted as-sisted by reprpsentativos of the Salt Lake, Ogden, Provo and ML Pleasant lodges. Seven grand officers were absenL Committees wero appointed as follows: fol-lows: Credentials, C.
