The councils meet once each month and the discussion leader will conduct the meeting and the desires and concerns of the neighborhood will be consolidated, adjusted and discussed. The problems that only concern that neighborhood will be solved within that area. The outside problems will be taken and presented before the city, county, or state or government officials, whichever may be involved in the problem. THE FIRST Neighborhood Community Council was held 1. A traffic light or something else to facilitate the flow of traffic at 2nd No. and Main St. 2. Resurface and repair the highway. 3. Install curb, gutter and sidewalks. 4. Speed limit changes and enforcement of those speeds. 5. Improved pedestrian safety. V.
