Show John Rowland Died on Sunday At Pocatello Pocatello, Idaho John N. Rowland, Row-land, 77, a resident of Pocatello for 40 years died Sunday at 9 p. m. at his residence, 830 North Main street, after a lingering illness ill-ness resulting from disabilities in- Mr. Rowland was employed by the Oregon Short Line railroad for 30 years and was retired in 1928. He was born at Pennington, Utah, July 29, 1858, and married Mary Purdie at Logan in 1884. Surviving besides his widow are three sons and two daughters, Edward Rowland, Monroe, La; Clifford Rowland, Shawnee, Okla,; Wesley Rowland, The Dalles, Ore.; -Mrs. Clem Hutson, Wymore, Neb.; Mrs. Tom Chandler Cheyenne, Wyo.; five grandchildren, four sisters and one brother, Mrs. John Murdock, Dayton; Mr. E. L. Miller, Ririe; Mrs. W. H. Jones, Malad; Mrs. John Linford. Afton, Wyo, and William N. Rowland of Pocatello. |
