Show S. L. Dairymen Get Invitation To Convention Dairymen of the Salt Lake area this week were issued a special invitation to participate in the annual an-nual convention of the American Dairy Association of Utah in Salt Lake City, on Saturday, Nov. 30. Meetings will be at Hotel Utah. The invitation was issued by Welby W. Young, Heber City, ADA of Utah president. ADA of Utah chairman for Salt Lake County is Arion Erekson of Murray, assisted assist-ed by Joseph F. Parrish, county agent. Mr. Young . added that official hostess for the convention will be lovely Marilyn Anderson of Lehi, Utah's Dairy Princess. She will be assisted by her two attendants, attend-ants, Carol Ralphs of Ferron, Emery Em-ery County and Sherry Bunting of Kanab, Kane County. A. J. He added that there will be special activities for dairymen's wives on the convention con-vention day. These activities will be directed by Genevieve Allen, executive director of the Dairy Council of Utah. Mr. Morris said that there would be an afternoon general session for all dairymen, followed by an evening banquet with a guest speaker. "In addition there will be a number of exhibits and displays dis-plays showing dairymen of cooperative coop-erative efforts in advertising, public pub-lic relations, research and merchandising merch-andising through the American Dairy Association, both the national nat-ional and local levels," he said. "There will also be reports of activities during the past year and outlines of plans for l$5&,'n Mr. Morris said. |
