Show HOUSE EKIa IK TINTIC 4 Squabble Over tie Possession of a Tfouhe flpfore Commissioner McKay A complicated case came up before Commissioner William McKay this morning involving more trouble than dollars and cents The complaint was sworn out against William Gundry Nathaniel Na-thaniel Green and Henry Green who were served with a warrant issued May 92d for breaking and entering a house claimed by Mrs Alvina A Erhard of Tintic The following witnesses werp present anti sworn for the prosecution Charles I i Jfeidy John Boyle Alice Watts Mrs Jake Beeman and Alvina A I Erhard 1 of Tintip I Mrs Erhard was called and testified that she owns three houses in Tintic one of which she took possession of the 30th of last May and then rented it to Boyle i and Neidy She visitedre the and found not Boyle and Neidy but Messrs Gundry and the two Greens occupying the cabin they hqvjng made an entrance through a window and then broken all the door looks winch they threatened to do again if interfered with Tho witness was crossexamined by Mr A G Sutherland Jr and the case discharged the court stating that the complaint should be made out for a civil action |
