Show Miss Fugel Weds Mr. ConnelL ! The prettiest church wedding of the fall took place at St. Elizabeth's church last veek, when Miss Frances Fugel became the bride of Ir. Owen Council. High mass was celebrated by Rev Father Fa-ther Pius, O. F. M., pastor of St. Elizabeth's, Eliz-abeth's, assisted by Rev. Father Ber-nadine. Ber-nadine. O. F. M. The bride was gowned in white net and lace, and carried bride's roes. She was attended by Iier sister. Mi.s Fugel, and Mr. Joseph D. Powers was best man. The church was filled with friends of the young people, and at the conclusion of the j eercmony a wedding breakfast was !-erved at the home of Mrs. Louie Meyers, Mey-ers, 1445 South Fifteenth street. The M!sses Fugel have made thoir home there for some time. The two brothers broth-ers of the bride, Kev. George Fugel and Rev. John Fugel. are in charge of churches near St. Louis and could not be present at the wedding. Mr. Connor is connected with the express ex-press department- of the postoffice at Buena Vf.ia, and there he and his young vife will make their home. |
