Show Pioneer Dies Jane S. Stephenson,. 84, died at her home in Holden Monday of causes incident to age. She was born Sept. 16, 1859, in Salt Lake City, a daughter of Bryant Bry-ant and Nancy Carr Stringham. The family moved to Holden from Salt Lake City when she was 13 years of age. She was married in 1878, and was the mother of 10 children, nine of whom survive. They are 6 sons, George P. Stephenson, Steph-enson, Delta; T. C. Stephenson, Byron By-ron Stephenson, and Frank Slep'h-I Slep'h-I enson, all of Holden; Fred Hteph-enson, Hteph-enson, Reno; Jesse Stephenson, of Rexburg, Idaho; three daughters, Mrs. Lu Emma Grosbeck. Holden; Mrs. Janet S. Cannon, Salt Lake City; and Mrs. Vilale Kenny, Cedar City; two brothers, Henry and George Geo-rge Stringham, both of Salt Lake City; a sister, Mrs. Zilla Grant; 27 grandchildren and five greal grandchildren. grand-children. Funeral services will he conducted conduct-ed Thursday at 2 p.m. at Holden LDS ward chapel by J. W. Stephenson, Stephen-son, bishop. Friends may call at the family home in Holden Thursday Thurs-day from 9 a.m. until time of services. serv-ices.
