Show Mother's HDay events Vocalist Ruth Ellis will perform "Mother Love: A Celebration Of Motherhood" at the Provo Tabernacle on May 11, 2003 at 7:30 p.m. This Mother's Day tribute will celebrate the music that expresses the gratitude, admiration and love we feel for our mothers, moth-ers, best expressed through music. . Tickets are $5 a person, $4 for seniors, or $15 for a family pass. Tickets are available avail-able at Best in Music stores or at the Provo Tabernacle door. On May 10, 2003, Young Living Family Farm will host festivities throughout through-out the day for mothers and their families. A $5 all-day pass allows families to participate par-ticipate in many fun activities. Entertainment will be offered through out the day and mothers can participate in a hair and makeup makeover. Families can experience a wagon ride tour, paddle boating or pony rides and participate par-ticipate in drawings for free prizes. Meals are available at the farm with picnic boxed lunches being offered for families and a special spe-cial dinner and carriage ride for the evening reservations are needed for the dinner. Bring Mom to the Heber Valley Railroad on Mother's Day and she can ride for free along with an adult family member. mem-ber. The historic steam train departs at 1 1 a.m., on May 11, 2003. Heber Valley Railroad is located at 450 South 600 West, Heber City and can be reached at 435-654-5601. Give back to your community for Mother's Day. Be a part of beautifying Provo City's Cemetery for Mothers' Day and Memorial Day. Hundreds of volunteers are encouraged to become involved by assisting in raking 45 acres of land to clear the grounds from winter. Opportunities are also available to clean and replant flowerbeds before Memorial Day. Tools will be provided for all volunteers. No group is too large or too small to help.
