Neal Yoke, 388th Equipment Maintenance Squadron (EMS), was named honor graduate of graduating Class No. 78-- 7 of the Hill AFB NCO Leadership School. Tinder of the 388th EMS received the Academic Achievement Award and SSgt. Earnest L. Aycock of the 4754th Radar Evaluation Squadron was recipient of the Commandant's Award. Keynote speaker was CMSgt. Richard N. KeJly, senior enlisted advisor with the 388th Tactical Fighter Wing.
