Show MORTGAGE SALE OK PERSONAL PROPERTY Delta Land & Water Company, " a corporation, Mortgagee, vs. Harry H. Cook, Mortgagor. NOTICE is hereby given that, under un-der and by virtue of a certain Chattel Chat-tel Mortgage, bearing date. July 2uth, A. D. 1915, filed in the office of the County Recorder of Beaver County, Utah, at Beaver City, Utah, at one o'clock P. M., on the 13th day of August, A. D. 1915, wherein Harry H. Cook is the Mortgagor and Delta Land & Water Company, a corporation, cor-poration, doing business at Milford, Beaver County, Utah, is the Mortgagee, Mort-gagee, upon which there is now, at this date, due and owing from the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, the sum of $1939.00, lawful money of the United States of America, as principal princi-pal and interest thereon from July 20th, 1915, at the rate of S per cent per annum, and the further-sum "of $350.00, lawful money of the United States of America, with interest thereon from November 15th, 1915, at the rate of 8 per cent per annum, and the further sum of $265.23, with interest thereon from July 1st, 1916, at the rate of 8 per cent per annum, the said sum of $350.00, and the said sum of $265.23, and the interest inter-est thereon, being for feed furnished for the mortgaged property hereinafter herein-after described, together with a reasonable rea-sonable attorney fee for foreclosing this mortgage, to-wit: the sum of $200.00, the Delta Land & Water Company, a corporation, the Mortgagee Mort-gagee named in said chattel mortgage, mort-gage, will sell the mortgaged property prop-erty described in said chattel mortgage mort-gage and hereinafter fully described, on Monday, the 13th day of November, Novem-ber, -A. D. 1916, at the hour of two o'clock P. M. of said day, at the stock yards of the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Com-pany, now called the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, near the town of Milford, in the County of Beaver, in the State of Utah, to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand. The personal property to be sold at said time and place, and being the personal property described in said Chattel Mortgage, and mortgaged by the mortgagor to the said mortgagee, and formerly owned by the said Harry H. Cook, is described as follows, fol-lows, to-wit: One (1) Jersey heifer, branded H on right hip; five (5) Jersey heifers not branded; two (2) brown Jersey cows, not branded; four (4) Guernsey Guern-sey heifers not branded; one (1) Guernsey cow branded M on right thigh; one (1) brindle cow not branded; one speckled cow, branded P on left hip; one brown Jersey heifer, not branded; two (2) reddish red-dish Jersey heifers, not branded; one (1) reddish Jersey cow not branded; one (1) yellow Guernsey cow not branded; one (1) Guernsey bull; two (2) Jersey cows, branded H on left hip; together with the increase in-crease thereof, and particularly four (4) Jersey heifer calves not branded; brand-ed; one Jersey heifer calf branded 6 inside circle, on right shoulder; three (3) Jersey bull calves, branded brand-ed 6 inside circle, on right shoulder; one (1) cross Jersey-Guernsey calf branded 6 inside circle, on right shoulder; two (2) Guernsey bull calves branded 6 inside circle, on right shoulder; three (3) Guernsey heifer calves, branded 6 inside circle, cir-cle, on right shoulder; also Two (2) sorrel mares and two (2) black mares, branded thus: dot inside in-side circle and alligator wrench, respectively. re-spectively.
