Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake Citv, Utah, October 2S. 1916. NOTICE is hereby given that Harry H. Pitchforth, whose post office of-fice address is Milford. Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah. 1909, 1911 and 1915. to appropriate two (2) cubic-feet of water per second from Ranch Canyon Creek, Beaver Coun-. ty, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 6 3 degrees de-grees 4 minutes west 2102 feet from the southeast corner of Section 3 5, Township 2 7 south. Range 9 west. Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of about 52S0 feet and ' there used from April 1 to September Septem-ber 3 0, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate ir-rigate 160 acres of land embraced in the south half of Section 35. township town-ship and range aforesaid. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's ofhee as No. 6S31. All protests against the granting . of said application, stating the rea sons therefor, must he made by affidavit af-fidavit in duplicate, accompanied by Li tee of j2.ao, and fled in this office within thirty t3d) days after the romplction of the publication of this notice. --x W.
