Remember the rules of surface preparation. Many a enamels have a glossy ranee that will magnify flaws, cracks or unfinished areas on the painted surface if not properly prepared. With enamels remember to point only a imoll area at a time. Brush or roll up and down where possible and then go bock and cross stroke to smooth out runs or sags in the paint. If you are using an enamel on woodwork and a flat paint on walls, do the woodwork first. Always use smooth, even strokes with Marcus Welby. M.
