Papers Docoird Action hae been taken formally providing for Box Elder School district to refund bonds totaling $725,000 for improvements at three schools. PresDeloris Stokes, of the Box ident Elder Board of Education, signed resolutions which will refinance the bonds. Ralph Carter, school board member, and Dr. Darwin Woodbury, principal of Bear River High school, witnessed the signing. This marks the first step in the construction of a new and plant heating vocational-technic- complex al at the high school. Park Valley and Grouse Creek Elementary schools will also undergo improvements with a portion of the bond money. The vocational complex will house all the latest design and equipment that it is possible to secure. This will be done with an eye to the future and any gain in the schools enrollment. Shops, classrooms, computer science, mechanical horticulture, drawing, agricultural science, vocational electricity, electronics, considerable and an animal laboratory, which is thought to be the only one of its kind, are but a few of the contemplated areas to be planned and built. Ralph Edwards, a member of the architectural firm of Edwards and Daniels of Salt Lake City, will provide the plans. President Stokes commented that he was pleased to get this building with no additional taxes or a raised levy. She could go on to be selected as one of the top 10 national outstanding young women of America for 1972. Mrs. Wilson will also be listed in the 1972 edition of Outstanding Young Women of America.
