an ordinance levying a tar of 75 cents rod the per upon property ly ing north of Ninth South and east of Sixth West and south of Ninth north and west of Eleventh East that It is necessary to gravel to make the same passable That the above work be commenced com-menced at once and all laborers be paid every Saturday The motion was referred to the committee com-mittee on streets with the city attorney
