Show il'lll li Till! Ml Let Utah MmIu Creditable Showing. 8ECRET.11LK HCDAXIBL ASKS PUR AID. Every Utonian Should Do Something to Assist In the Coming Great Exhibition at Chicago. Are you interested in the World's Fair? If not, it is time you should be! Utah is going to take part in this great Exposition as one of the commonwealths of the greatest nation on earth, and the' pride of her citizens should be to make u showing in every way worthy a credit to the Territory and the glory of her people. Religions, creed or politics have no place in the Exposition for Utah, it is to be a. presentation of the people, by the people, for the people of our wealth of ) enources, the product of the mine and soil, our ingenuity, our industries and all that tend to distinguish us as a thrifty community, to the world at large; accompanied by an invitation invita-tion for all industrious men and women to come and settle among us. Every citizen is interested in the World's Fair, first from a national pride and a desire to see the United States excel in good matured rivalry the nations of the earth; second, because the interest inter-est of our community is at stake and local pride as well as public welfare demands that Utah should do her part towards making the World's Fair a success, and third, because of personal interest and the benefit accruing to each individual indi-vidual citizen by reason of the fact that Utah has now an opportunity to appear in parade before the world and attract both wealth and population, thus increasing the material wealth of the individual indi-vidual as well as the community. The Utah World's Fair Commission Com-mission desire that every citizen citi-zen of Utah should take part in some way in this great Exposition. If you have nothing of your own worth exhibiting you can persuade your neighbor who has, to do bin duty and thus reap some of the benefit that result in consequence of the prominence given the community com-munity in which you live, because it has produced something worthy of being Bhown at the World's Fair. Elegant premiums and prizes of great value are offered as an inducement in-ducement for exhibitors to take part. All accepted exhibits will be taken to Chicago without charge to the contributor and the prise, if any is awarded, will go to the individual exhibitor. Any person knowing of any natural curiosities, fine specimen of grain, fruit or vegetables; relica or remains of a prehistoric race; relics of the early settlement of Utah or any other thing illustrative illus-trative of our history; specimens of mineral or precious stone; handsome hand-some marble or building stone; manufactured articles or invention, inven-tion, in fact, anything that they think will be suitable to include will confer a favor by writing to the Secretary and calling attention atten-tion to the matter. During the Tenitorial- Fair, an officer of the Bureau of Information Informa-tion for the World's Fair will be established at the Exposition building, when all who are interested inter-ested and desire any information in relation to the World's Fair will be made welcome.
