Show M. I. A. Conference. llrlgham City, May 13. A well attended attend-ed Mutual Improvement conference of tho Huxelder Stako was held in the Urlgham City tabernacle yesterday, Supt. Earnest P Ilorsuly presiding, nearly near-ly all thuassociatlons of the stako wcro represented. Separato olUccrs' mcetlugs were held at 10 a. m., during which the Vacancy In thu Young Ladles' Stake Uoard, caused by tho death of President llattlo Wight about a .month ago, was tilled by Miss Eliza Thompson being chosen for that position. Miss Thompson Thomp-son selected the counsellors to tho former president, Mrs' Minnie H Jen'scn and Mrs. Maggie It Wight us her counsellors. At 2 aud 7:80 p m. public meetings were held, when excellent programs wcru carried out and brief remarks wero made by visitors, among whom were Elder Union S Wells, Mrs. Mlnnlo J Snow and Miss Campbell of tho general board.
