David Don Erickson, Jr. Beth Jolley Wagstaff David Don Erickson, Jr.. nicknamed Harley (Davids son). left his earthly parents for his Heavenly Heav-enly on July 27, 7:45 p.m. David was born prematurely pre-maturely at UVRMC, one day shy of 24 weeks, 5:19 p.m. July 10 after a week of trying not to be. He was 1 lb 12 oz and 13 inches inch-es long, though he lost several sev-eral ounces and regained a few. David survived heart surgery, but developed yeast, strep and bacterial infections. He is survived by his father's parents. Joel and Judy Erickson of Moroni. L'tah and Lynda Sutherland Suther-land of Spring City. Utah; by his father's brothers and sisters. .Andrew (Meredith-, Ben (Sarah.. Carolyn (Keith), Eric. Forrest, Greg and Holly; by his mother's parents, Joseph and Marie Lian of Menlo, Washington, her sister Jennifer, also of Menlo, and her sister Betty (Sean) Casey of Ft. Hood, Texas, and by numerous cousins and greataunts and uncles. The family wishes to thank friends, family, neighbors, neigh-bors, doctors and nurses, and ward members in Pleasant Grove, Payson and Moroni for their kindness and love. Phillip J. Schramm s . S ... T A A 1 - ....-i Our beloved Phillip Jay Schramm, husband, father, brother, son, uncle, and friend passed away without warning at his home in Lehi, Utah on Wednesday, Wednes-day, July 31,2002. Phillip was born March 22, iy4 in American Fork, Utah to Paul E. and Kathryn S. Schramm, the fifth child of seven. He grew up in Highland, Utah, where he had a very happy childhood with his six siblings sib-lings who love him very much. After graduating in June 1992 from American Fork High School where he excelled in auto mechanics and successfully represented represent-ed the school in numerous competitions, Phil went on scholarship to Salt Lake Community College. In June 1995 he graduated with an Associate Degree as a Ford Asset mechanic. Lie and Season Covington Coving-ton were married on March 14, 1997 and they became the proud and loving parents par-ents of Alyssa Hattie, "Daddy's little girl," who was born May 29, 1998. Season passed away on June 14, 2001. Phillip and Michelle Lowder Gemar were married mar-ried Feb. 25, 2002 and Phillip became the happy second father to Michelle's two sons and another son to Michelle's parents, Scott and Vickie Lowder. For many years, Phillip has worked at Butterfield Ford where he has many good friends who will miss him greatly. Phillip had a love for motocross, in which he excelled; snowmobiling, adrenaline rushes, cars, hunting hunt-ing and camping. He was a fun loving, easygoing, caring person per-son who will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Phillip, we will never forget you or the wonderful memories and happiness you brought into our lives while on this earth. We will miss you and await the time when we can see you, hug you, and laugh with you once again. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Martin F. and Hattie S. Schramm, and Leland B. and Ina O. Sheets, and his first wife, Season Covington. Phillip left behind his little lit-tle girl, Alyssa Hattie; wife, Michelle, stepsons, Carson and Garrett, and twins to be born in November 2002, all of Lehi; parents of Highland, UT; siblings, Brian and Christine Schramm, Robert and Jaci Schramm, Orem; Karen Schramm, Danna S. and Dan Baillargeon, Salt Lake City; Keith and Carnille Schramm, Clington, UT; and Julie S. and Michael Hales, Michigan; 14 nieces and nephews. Funeral, Monday, Aug. 5, 2002 in the Lehi 11th Ward LDS Chapel. Interment was in the Lehi City Cemetery under direction of Wing Mortuary. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grand mother, B e t h L e a n o r e Jolley Wagstaff. age 70, died August 5, 2002, due to complications compli-cations following surgery. Leanore was born November 27, 1931, in Mt. Pleasant, Utah, to John E. and Anna Beth Beckstrom Jolley. She was the oldest of seven children. She graduated from Lehi High School in 1950 as valedictorian vale-dictorian of her class. She married Glen P. Wagstaff on October 4, 1950, in the Salt Lake Temple. To this happy union were born seven children. chil-dren. Leanore lived a life of love and service to her family fam-ily and church. She had many church callings, one of her favorites was chorister choris-ter because of her love for music. She and Glen served as missionaries at the Bishop's Storehouse. Her most recent calling was that of an ordinance worker at the Mt. Timpanogos Temple which she loved. Her greatest joy Was k family, and she dedicate, her life to them. Nelson, former resident of American Fork, Utah, passed FTT" away suddenly sud-denly on Thursday, August 1st in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are deeply sad dened by his passing, however, how-ever, happy that his suffering suffer-ing has ended and that he has returned to his mother and father in heaven, and that we will see him again one day. He was born December 21, 1942 in Provo, Utah to Sergie and Louise Nelson. He attended Springville High School. He graduated from BYU and the University Univer-sity of Maryland Dental School. He served as a Captain Cap-tain in the U.S. Air Force. He was a local dentist in Provo for 12 years and in Las Vegas for 17 years. He was an active member in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many positions Garth led an unselfish lift devoted to his family anc the people he served. Dr. Arnold graduated from BYU with his Bachelors Degree and then went on to Emorv Universitv Sr hool of Medicine in Atlanta. CA He then completed his residency at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland, OH. Because of his outstanding performance during his residency, Dr. Arnold was asked to stay on an additional year as one of their two Chief residents for the 2001-2002 academic year. Dr. Arnold is board certified in pediatrics. He is particularly interested in sports medicine and asthma but loves all aspects of pediatrics. Dr. Arnold eniovs skiino ramnina hikino basketball, volleyball and loves spending time with his family. He and his wife, Kristin, and their three children are excited to be back in Utah. Dr. Arnold is participating on most insurance plans. 'ew patients are welcome. Greg W. Paiich, M.D., will be joining Alpine Pediatrics on July 15, 2002. Dr. Pavich graduated with his Bachelors Degree and Medical Degree from the University of Utah. He completed his pediatric residency at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. Upon completion of this residency, he was assigned to Langley Air Force Base in Viroinia and has been there for the past three years. Ur. Kauch is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Faich is particulady interested in patients with asthma and diabetes as well as children who are developmental delayed and have behavioral disorders. Dr. Pavich enjoys golfing, mountain oiMng ana gardening and loves spending time with his family. He, his wife Mane, and their three children are excited to be back in Utah.
