Federation Federa-tion hall last evening, About seventy-live seventy-live couples were present, two-thirds of whom wer- masked nnd In costumes, livery character Imaginable was represent repre-sent eel. and eaoh masker did everything In his or her Individual power to portray the character represented. The grutul march was held at 10 30 o'clock, at which time the judges awarded prizes for the lest sustained and dressed characters. Tho winners were Blbert H. Lunncn country boy; O. E Brown. Mexican man, James Dickson, Topsy; Alia Bruce, Mexican Mexi-can lady. The Judges were Messrs.
