Show Soil Offices Go to Murray The , local work group office 0f ,k c;i r. c.vice is being transferred to Murray, Utah, it was announced today to-day by C. P. Starr, district con- . servationist. The offices occupied occu-pied up to now are located at 248 E. 1st So. The new office location is upstairs in the Youth Building at 4966 S. State, Murray. This move, according to Starr, is being made in the interest of better service to the farmers and ranchers with whom the service works on soil and water conservation problems as it is expected the move will eliminate elimin-ate considerable travel time from the office to field locations. loca-tions. About 12 people will be affected by the move. This work group office now serves that part of Utah included includ-ed in Utah, Salt Lake, Davis and Wasatch counties, and is cooperating co-operating with the East Salt Lake, West Salt Lake, and Alpine Al-pine State soil conservation districts dis-tricts at the present time. |
