Show CSU Jimong Institutions to Receive Grants, Scholarships from First Security Foundation College of Southern Utah will be one of 16 Utah and Idaho colleges col-leges and universities to receive scholarships and grants from the First Security Foundation In 1964, It Is announced by FrancU: Betensen, manager of the Cedar City branch of the First Security banking system. Betensen presented CSU director, direc-tor, Dr. Royden C. Braithwalte with a total of $500 as its share of the $16,400 being awarded by the Foundation. The First Security executive stated that grants to CSU includes in-cludes $-100 in scholarships and $100 in library grants.
