Trunk or Treat Event Sponsored by Local Groups and Businesses Come join the fun on Halloween when Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove businesses will be providing a fun and safe place to trick-or-treat on Saturday, Sat-urday, October 30, 2010. This event will be held at the Pleasant Grove City Downtown Park at 200 South Main Street from 3 until 5 p.m. All the children in the community are invited to participate in this free activity. ac-tivity. Those business and others participating are welcome wel-come to distribute treats, samples, flyers, etc. and are encouraged to dress in costumes. cos-tumes. Businesses will be assigned a designated location loca-tion to set up their tables andor booths in the park. Event organizers expect ex-pect there to be between 2,000 and 2,500 children attending the event this year. The event is sponsored by the I.O.O.F. Oddfellows and Rebekahs in participation participa-tion with the Pleasant Grove Chamber of Commerce and Pleasant Grove City. Local city businesses, business-es, local contributors, the Pleasant Grove City Council, Coun-cil, Pleasant Grove Police and Fire Departments also contribute to the event.
