A baby girl was born to the wife of S. P. Jensen on Monday, June 24. O. W.McConkie is with us again in a business capacity. Mrs. Christine Chriatensoa is visiting visit-ing at Elsinore with her son, James P. Christenson now of that vicinity. A Sunday schoot social was given by Supt. Charles E. Embley to the teachers and officers of the school, Wednesday evening when a progtam was given and ice cream served. The gathering was held on the lawn, which was arranged for the occasion with a brilliancy of electric lights. Andrew Anderson of Manti, who recently returned from a mission to Denmark and labored with Henry Christiansen from this place, was here visiting with Elder Christiansen's Christian-sen's parents Sunday, He spoka at the Scandinavian meeting in the forenoon, and with Ole Larson of Redmond occupied the pulpit at our sacramental meeting in the afternoon |
